Schools across the District filled their hallways to cheer on our athletes headed to the Special Olympics Oklahoma Summer Games this morning! We are so proud of our Special Olympians and wish them good luck as they compete and represent Putnam City on the big stage in Stillwater.

Who knew that a cake made with beets could taste so sweet! Sodexo at Putnam City Schools Child Nutrition brought back another original recipe, Beetnik Cake, and it was served at all the schools on Friday. Social media exclusive secret... a lot of the kids said it was just a brownie. Should we tell them about the veggies inside? 😜

Putnam City Superstar Teachers are first or second year educators that have been nominated by their site principals for going above and beyond in their first years in the classroom.
